Fashion District NW is offering Event Booths for the 2025 Couture & Cars Fashion Show. We are looking for a variety of luxury brands that fit the needs of our target demographics.  This is a high fashion event and brands such as jewelry, handbags, accessories, etc… would be a good fit for this event. The booths will be located in the front lobby and mezzanine area of the museum and get your products in front of over 500+ attendees for the 2024 Couture & Cars Fashion Show.

PARTICIPATING BOOTH VENDORS CAN EXPECT

  • 8X6 Booth Space includes a 6-foot table (linens are not provided)

  • Announcements during the event

  • Included in the event writeup on the Eventbrite ticket page, Facebook event page, and the event website.

  • Clearly established timelines for all aspects of the show

  • Vendors can load in at 4:15pm on Saturday, July 19th, event doors open at 6pm

FASHION SHOW EVENT BOOTH PRICES:

  • Event Booth: 8-Foot by 6-Foot Booth Space Standard Package: $399

  • Double Booth Space Package: $549

*** No event tickets are included in the booth space event packages***

***Vendors can bring up to two people to operate the booth space**

Tentative Schedule:

Saturday, July 19th

4:15 PM            Vendors Arrive & load in

4:30 PM Set up booth

5:30 PM            Complete Set up and be ready to open

5:45 PM            Doors open for the Couture & Cars Fashion Show

7:00 PM             Show starts

7:45 PM Tentative Show Break 30-minutes

8:15 PM Tentative-Restart Show

9:00 PM Show ends and Afterparty in the venue starts

11:00 PM Event Ends and clean up can start
